    4. Responsibility. Act as developer and project manager. Manage design deliverables, build permissions, tender, manage construction deliverables and tenant installations.

    3. Size: 3400m2 – 7 units, sectional title.
    4. Responsibility Acted as developer and project manager. Assembled of investor consortium, purchase land, established development rights, manage design deliverables, obtained building permission, traffic impact studies, upgraded municipal access road, bill of quantities, managed tender, project managed construction, sectionalisation, sale of units and distribution of proceeds.

    1. Scope Summary. Design and sell on sectional title development opportunity.
    2. Value (current adjusted): R64 mil.
    3. Size: 7600 m2 – 12 units, sectional title.
    4. Responsibility. Act as developer and project manager, Assembled the whole development. Principles decided to sell and realise profit opportunity up front.

    1. Scope Summary. Design, develop and sell sectional title industrial park.
    2. Value (current adjusted): R85 mil
    3. Size: 10 000 m2 – 26 units, sectional title.
    4. Responsibility: Acted as developer and project manager. Assembled of investor consortium, purchase land, established development rights, manage design deliverables, obtained building permission, traffic impact studies, upgraded municipal access road, installed traffic control measures on provincial road, dynamic impact compaction (DIC) across whole property, pre and post DIC dilapidation studies, bill of quantities, managed tender, project managed the build, sectionalisation, sale of units and distribution of proceeds.

 Rivers Edge II (Industrial land township development)

    1. Scope Summary. Create and sell industrial township.
    2. Value (current adjusted): R60 mil.
    3. Size: 45000m2 – several land parcels.
    4. Responsibility: Acted as developer and project manager. Rehabilitation of industrial soak aways which were then defined as a wetland, NEMA compliance, commissioned successful EIA’s, established development rights, managed bulk earthworks program (remove top three metres, crush, replace in layers with mix import material to create building platforms), managed installation of all services, established stormwater management plan, created and implemented property owner association constitution, subdivision and sale of all land parcels, distribution of proceeds to investor group.
